We want you to love your MY FAVOURITE THINGS knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the knitwear is returned in its original protective packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your knitwear and place it back in its original box along with the completed return form to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
